Overlapping canvases and chromatic contrasts

After a debut self-taught, Diego Racconi refined over time the technical and stylistic thanks to talented teachers from different artistic groups. He actively participated in numerous group exhibitions and competitions, receiving acclaim from critics and audiences. The desire to convey emotions through painting emerges in the realization of abstract geometric works, where the color scheme is the key to understanding the inner world. Contortions dripping develop on geometric patterns, where the relationship between form and color-field is a personal elaboration of emotions, revisited through a coded language of harmonies and contrasts. A recurring theme in the works is impermanence and unpredictability of nature, in contrast with the vain man’s desire to control their own destiny. The use of overlapping canvases characterized by chromatic contrasts, highlights emotional passages, in a constantly changing along its path experiential.

Landscape 11 – Diego Racconi

421Art – 4 Hands, 2 Heads and 1 Art

The meeting of two eclectic personalities took place during an art exhibition, 421Art project was born, a marriage between two apparently different artistic currents, merged into a single style.
The pop art of Gianpietro Arzuffi, characterized by the use of puzzles in his works, is an ideal complement to the abstract paintings of Diego Racconi, where geometries are associated with a dripping technique wisely dosed.
Paintings of a strong visual and emotional impact, where the play of colors and forms simultaneously recalls the great masters of the past.
The project 421Art really want to highlight the collaboration between four hands, two minds and a single common artistic result. From this positive experience was born the desire to expand the project to other artists, most notably Luke Faraci, with the introduction of abstract elements with strong symbolic references and Massimo Basile (Maxtin) from personal interpretation linked to the world of cards and construction geometry of buildings and landscapes.
